Nothing is more simple : register here and choose your package here. We can’t wait to receive your subscription and meet you!
Can I include other services in my package?
As we are a young start-up, we primarily focus on providing the best execution of our core services: groceries delivery, dry-cleaning pick-up and home tidy-up services. However we are here to hear your suggestions and as we grow-up, we will see how to include them in our packages!
Can I change my package?
A bit more or a bit less? We are happy to change your package to a new one that better suits you! Let us know which package you fancy by sending us a message at contact@dailybuddy.lu.
How do I pay my package and how does billing work?
To make your life easy, the payment of your package and the bills for groceries and dry-cleaning are directly invoiced through your credit card.
Payment of package: Once you have chosen your package, you will be able to pay your first month of subscription online with your credit card. For the next months, the payment of your package will be automatically debited from your credit card at the beginning of each month.
Billing of services: Groceries and dry-cleaning are invoiced on a weekly basis to the credit card used to subscribe to your package.
How can I cancel my Daily Buddy subscription?
We are constantly listening to your remarks and learning about your habits, likes and dislikes. The longer you stay with us and the better we will know you and we will serve you. If you would still like to pause or cancel your subscription, you can do it anytime by sending us a message at contact@dailybuddy.lu.

What can my Buddy do for me?
Your Buddy can do 3 things for you: pick-up your grocery shopping and deliver it into your fridge, do your dry-cleaning (pick-up at your home, drop off at dry cleaning and return to your home once cleaned) and do your home tidy-up. Of course, we are happy to hear any suggestion from you and who knows… we may do it in the future.
What is a home tidy-up?
A home tidy-up is a light refreshing of you home where your Buddy will spend 25 min to 30min doing small tasks that will make home look neat every week. What we would love doing for you include :
– Make your bed
– Feed your pet
– Water your plants
– Load and unload your dishwasher / Put away your clean dishes
– Load and unload your washing machine & hang out your laundry
– Fold your wandering clothes & put them back to their drawer
– Make an appointment for you
– Remove your trash and recycling

When will my Buddy visit?
Your Buddy will visit you once per week, twice per week or once every two weeks based on the frequency you have chosen with your package.
Does the same Buddy come to my place every week?
Yes! We believe that you can only enjoy your free time to its fullest if you mind is free of any doubt. Your Buddy takes time to develop a relationship of trust with you and will learn about you, your habits and your preferences. Your Buddy is on holidays? No worries, we will tell you in advance and we will introduce you to your temporary Buddy.

Our mission is to take charge of your grocery shopping, dry cleaning and home tidy up while you are working, seeing your loved-ones or travelling the world. To achieve our mission, your Buddy needs your house keys to access your home while you are away. Your keys will be kept in a safe place that only your Buddy and us can access.
Where do you do my grocery shopping and my dry-cleaning?
We do your grocery shopping at Auchan Drive La Cloche d’Or in Luxembourg. We currently do not do grocery shopping at Auchan Drive Bertrange, Foetz or Munsbach.
We carefully select reputable dry-cleaners in your neighbourhood in order to ensure the best return time for you and to limit our ecological footprint.
How does grocery shopping work?
We offer 2 options to you:
- You send us your Auchan Drive code, we pick up your order at Auchan Drive Cloche d’Or and we deliver your groceries into your fridge on the day your Buddy visits you. If you opt for this solution, we kindly ask you to pass your order at Auchan Drive Cloche d’Or as we do not use the other drives (Bertrange, Foetz and Munsbach) for now.
2. You send us your shopping list by email, we pass the order with our Auchan Drive code, we pick up the order and we deliver your groceries into your fridge on the day your Buddy visits you. [If you opt for this option, we will provide you with a template to fill in/we kindly ask you to provide as much details as you can (brand, size, bio)]
We want to make sure that your groceries are ready when we pick them up at Auchan Drive. We kindly ask you to send us your code or submit your shopping list at least 48 hours before the visit of your Buddy.
When is my laundry returned to my place?
We understand that you may need your clean clothes returned to your place quickly. We return your laundry from the dry-cleaner within 72 hours after drop-off.
How do I know if my tasks are done?
We will send you a text message once your groceries have been delivered into your fridge and/or when your clean laundry has been put into your closet.
